What size are we?  Mid-size, with 283 members.

What's our worship like? We have diverse worship experiences so that people can experience God in ways that speak most directly to them.  We offer traditional, contemporary, and emergent styles, but all of our worship has a relaxed feel. Visit our worship page for details and times. 

What about theological perspective?  We value, and have, members and friends who cover the range of theological positions from conservative to liberal.  Morning Star's overall position is a moderate one, and we are committed to the belief that it is God in Jesus Christ who calls, transforms, and gives grace to grow and transform.  We worship, teach, and invite people into a place so that the Holy Spirit might work in their lives.  Our job is not to obtain assent to a theological position.  So we don't do that here.  We do maintain that faith is not only a "personal" thing, but it involves our interaction with all of creation in mercy and justice.
